It is — small jobs are the whole point of this page. That said, most people find that once one crack gets sealed, three more items come to mind: a stained ceiling tile, a sticking door, a dead outlet. Batching a few small jobs into one visit is the cheapest way to clear the list.

By what's actually involved: the work itself, materials, and how long it takes. Describe the job and add a photo, and the quote reflects your job — not a call-out menu with padding built in.

Some do — even adding a couple of pot lights must be done by a Licensed Electrical Contractor in Ontario, and plumbing beyond a basic fixture swap needs a licensed plumber. We route those jobs accordingly, so you don't have to figure out the rules yourself.

You can request a quote, though for anything beyond minor work the property owner or manager usually needs to approve it. Many of our requests actually come from landlords keeping basement suites in shape.
