How it works

There's no trick to it. You tell us what your basement needs, we come back with a free quote, and if you're happy with it the work gets scheduled and done. Here's each step in a bit more detail.

1. Describe the job

Use the quote form to pick a service — full finishing, a legal suite, waterproofing, one bathroom — or just write what you need in your own words if it doesn't fit a category. Photos from your phone make a real difference: they let us see ceiling height, moisture condition, where the mechanicals sit and how much space there is, which means the first quote is usually the accurate one. If something's urgent — a flooding basement, an active foundation leak — flag it and it's treated that way.

2. Get your free quote

We review the details, ask a question or two if anything's unclear, and send you a quote. It's free, and there's no obligation — nobody phones you three times a day to "follow up". We don't publish flat prices because honest pricing depends on your actual basement; what you get is a quote for the work you described.

3. Licensed contractors do the work

Jobs go to people qualified for them. In Ontario that's not just good practice — for some trades it's the law. Electrical work is performed by Licensed Electrical Contractors under ESA notification, plumbing by licensed plumbers, gas work by TSSA-certified technicians, and structural work like underpinning follows stamped engineering drawings. Where a building permit is needed under the Ontario Building Code — and for most basement projects it is — that's part of the plan, not a surprise at the end.

What we don't do

We don't invent reviews, inflate project counts, or claim licences we don't hold. We'd rather earn trust slowly with real work than borrow it with badges.
